PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz asked why PTI Chairman Imran Khan was still "roaming free" despite the "damning evidence" against him of "conspiring against the country, foreign funding, and selling national gifts," expressing displeasure with her government on Saturday. To retrieve the "stolen copy of the cipher," she requested that the government conduct a Mar-a-Lago-style raid at Imran's Bani Gala residence in the style of Donald Trump's estate in Florida. Maryam stated that Imran had "concocted" a story of the conspiracy against him to save his "drowning ship" while addressing a news conference in Lahore.

"By twisting the diplomatic cable and drawing a preconceived meaning out of it, Imran Khan was conspiring against the country."
Maryam was surrounded by senior party leaders Pervez Rashid, the newly appointed Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, the Federal Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal, the Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, and the Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb. The PML-N vice president insisted that the PTI chief's "concocted conspiracy story" prevented any dignitaries from other nations from engaging Pakistan. Maryam said she wouldn't be surprised if the audio of the PTI chairman asking people to make the COAS appointment controversial surfaced in light of the recent audio leaks.
"Why is he (Imran) permitted to speak to students, and why is he traveling from city to city to spread his hate message?" She inquired once more, recommending that Imran be detained.
The PML-N leader stated that Imran's residence should be raided similarly to Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate to recover the "stolen copy of cipher."
"Imran Khan ought to apologize to the people for misleading the nation and lying about the [cipher] conspiracy."
The federal cabinet, led by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, noted on Friday that the records of the Prime Minister's House did not contain the diplomatic cipher's copy.

The cabinet established a special committee to determine legal action against all alleged participants, including Imran Khan, the former principal secretary to PM Azam Khan, and senior PTI government ministers, despite declaring the cipher theft a serious matter.

Maryam insisted that the audio leaks of her and other party leaders contained no remarks disparaging Pakistan. She stated, "You must have heard my and other party leaders' audio leaks, but no one spoke against the country or the integrity of the country because we are willing to sacrifice our politics for Pakistan." "You have also heard Imran's audio leaks about the cipher in which he is playing with the country's [interests] interests," the statement reads.
The PML-N vice president claimed that Imran had "hidden the cipher in the diary and took it away with him" and that he had also "stolen 2,000 bottles of mineral water" about the idea that the former premier only brought a diary with him when he was ousted from office in April. The PML-N vice president made a dig at Imran by stating that the speaker of the " haqiqi Azadi march," or real freedom movement, had instructed his party leaders not to name any country from which the cipher originated.
However, "he (Imran) immediately corrected it when the name was taken," she stated.
“After that, a lobbying firm was hired in the United States to restore relations, which will now inform the American rulers that Imran's comment was nothing more than a sarcastic remark. He continues to be your "subservient."

Maryam stated that her father, Nawaz Sharif, received ciphers while serving as premier and was subjected to "pressure from the US" during the atomic bombings. However, Nawaz Sharif denied them, stating, "No."
She added that "now the people knew that the real Mir Jaffar and Mir Sadiq (a reference to traitors) was him" and that Imran had "defamed" the armed forces based on a foreign conspiracy that never took place.
In response to Maryam's objection, Sanaullah stated that the government had decided during the cabinet meeting on Friday to bring the cipher audio leaks issue before the parliament. Maryam was asked about the COAS extension issue. She stated that there was no need for any speculation because the issue had been resolved by the forces themselves. He told Maryam that they hoped to get parliament's approval to arrest Imran on treason charges, and he reminded her that this was a coalition government, not the PML-N and that they had to work together to make decisions.
Sanaullah stated that he had intended to arrest the PTI chairman for "waging war" against the state and attempting to "attack" the federal capital; however, the cabinet refused to consent and instead established a subcommittee on the subject. However, the cabinet's response this time was firm. Dar also demanded that the PTI chairman be punished for "stealing" the official document (cipher), claiming that no one else in the world was permitted to play with national security in the same way that "Imran had been allowed."

He noted that it would take time to turn things around and attributed the country's financial woes to the former premier. According to him, petrol prices have decreased and the rupee has strengthened since his return. He hoped that the trend of good things would continue.
Dar claimed that the Prime Minister's House audio leaks resulted in a "major security breach."Imran Khan was especially "unmasked" by the cipher leaks. He planned this and played with the interests of the country.

The chairman of the PTI was slammed by the finance minister, who claimed that he was "power hungry" and desired to rule the country at "any cost."
Dar made a joke about Imran and said, "If I am not in power, drop an atom bomb on Pakistan." He added that nobody will be allowed to destroy the country's economy. The decision has been made to proceed with the matter under the Official Secret Act.
